I'm in Texarkana... and I tell you folks... I was very reluctant to come to this FJ... :biggrin_1square1: the ONLY reason I came here was because I am taking a 34 and will need showers... and the only 2 Pilots ahead are small and don't think they would have parking spots by the time I got there...

But this FJ is almost as awful as that one in KC that Mr. @chopper103in mentioned the other day...:biggrin_2552:
There is NOT ONE good spot in this place... :biggrin_25512: The less awful ones are reserved... :biggrin_25510:
Tomorrow will move to a different one... maybe the parallel parking along the fence is better than the spots in the rows...
Good thing I will not need to leave early in the morning... but early afternoon...

Yesterday I drove almost all my hrs and parked at a small scale station in KY... the place was closed... there was only one truck... the lot is very small and there's very little space in front of the parking spots so I parked one spot away from the truck so to have enough room to leave in the morning...

I thought any other truck would do the same... but then, another truck arrived and parked not to my left but right next to my right..... :angry1: WTF! With the whole parking lot empty, the guy parked right next to me...

"My" truck is the one in the middle...

I slept with my curtains open so that I could wake up when that truck started moving... so I could watch and make sure he would not hit my front...
But I was already up when he left... and to my surprise, the little space in front was enough for him to leave without any problem...

Tall Mike, chopper103in and BigBob410 Thank this.

People wonder why I park in out of the way places..
Too many “drivers” out here that just don’t do trucking well.

With a rapidly improving economy maybe a good many of them will find work elsewhere.

You can suggest where you want to go but no they pretty much send you where they want. It's usually pretty predictable.

Rocks, chopper103in and Tall Mike Thank this.
