Dagnabit ! I ain't never been there yet but I'm going to get there one of these days.

 

Country fried steak, mashed taters gravy corn and nanner puddin I ain't gonna be fit fer......

 

I'm north bound on 81 today heading for York , hopefully Greencastle tonight if everything keeps rolling good

 

I am sure I've been at those truck stops....

And now I'm here... pretty sure Mr. @Tall Mike and Mr. @wore out know where this is...



Thought about parking at another station east of here... or maybe another one in Dumas.... but wondered if would find a good spot.... anyway... here I am.... till 2 am central...

 

Yesterday took that beautiful US-89 in UT....





A good section of that road is a 2 way very narrow road, full of sharp curves, up and down.... and I was very heavy....














After going up at 25 mph.... went down a 8% decline for several miles....
That's a good place to have your brakes smoking...



Down there.... there is a lake...





And then.... some more curves...



Finally... straight road....

 

I layover in basically that same parking spot.

 

BTW.... I'm in TX....

 

Hehehe... I "knew" it....
