I got a load to Jax once. That was good, wish I could have gotten it more. Did the Subaru plant close ? I never went there.

That ain't good. I can't Thank that post. Talkin to an Alabama boy about you right now. I ain't sure which one of us likes Big Mabel better. Hear you been trying to show a 'bedder the error in his thinking. That's a uphill battle, them 'bedders pop themselves too often with the ratchet tightener. and get to thinking it's the only proper way to Truck.

Purt close. Feller done put three or four different locations down from time to time. I think he don't want me to track him down. Smart feller. I spent a week down in Leeds years ago when I had a clutch go out with a load of Mercedes on the wagon. Volvo Dealer did the work and I had the great luck to be broke down the only week they closed the shop for a three day weekend and had a picnic and softball game. Home was only 6 hours away. If I would have known it was gonna be all week I would have gone home.

Yes..... You're correct sir.... :biggrin_25519: But that picture of yours... I didn't recognize the little tree... or a bush to the right.... And I thought you... and Mr. @Tall Mike were referring to the Toot'n Totum in Straford....

Yeah.... You got it right too sir.... :yes2557: Thank you!

Yeah.. lots of trucks hauling livestock and produce in that area.... :biggrin_25519:

Hey... slept like a baby last night... :biggrin_25518: didn't even hear the train...:biggrin_25512:
Left that place at 2 am this morning... and now I'm here... north of Houston...

I had hrs to get to FJ in Houston... and would be just a few mins from receiver... But would arrive there at 15:00 with only 6 mins left from my 11... and I find that truck stop awful....:biggrin_2552: Too congested, the parking spots are too tight, the aisles too narrow and there are only a very few "good" spots...
    Here is MUCH better... :yes2557:

After delivery tomorrow, will head to south of Houston, reload and head to AL and after delivery in AL will head to another place in AL, reload and then head to MI... hopefully will not face any winter storm or snow... Don't want to see any more winter snow storm this year...
