Where Are You Continues, Again.....

Yeah... I saw that one on Google satelite... but didn't like the parking lot layout either... and I wanted to go as far as I could... I could have gone to exit 273... there are two truck stops there.... The Shenandoah is pretty big but once it's full, it looks a little tight... So, I parked at the rest area on mm 262 and got a very good wide spot...

 

I-81 PA today... a mess... YEAH!!! No kidding... did you see this?


Over one hr to go a few miles... this was near mm71... looks like there was one school bus involved in that accident as well... and both directions were affected.... I was going northbound in PA... Both left lanes were closed......

 

And everything went better than planned....
My delivery would be at 21:30 tonight in PA... I had planned to arrive at a fuel station near receiver this morning, take my 10 and deliver at night and then get a reserved parking spot at a Petro near my next shipper...
But after spending almost 2 hrs in that traffic jam on I-81 I had to change my plans...
Called receiver and begged them to let me park there this morning... and they said OK
And when I arrived at receiver at 11:10 am they said they would unload me right away... YAY!!

So.. after empty I came to truck stop near next shipper and got a great free parking spot...


There's a CDL school here... and they use this place to train their students... they were doing backing and maneuvering exercises all afternoon...

 

Got my girls on outside of phoenix. Reckon we bout to be wagons west for Bama

 

I missed that one, I was in York and ran the PA TPK to NJ just the other side of Philly

Made it to Greencastle last night, I'm fixing to motor on down to Georgia shortly

 

Heading to Jersey to drop 9 and then to a new yard to us in Ridgefield to grab 9 more going somewhere....
