Maybe they are "hoping" you'll change your mind.

 

I've had former employers try to keep me out beyond my quit day after giving my 2 weeks. He looked at me kind of sideways when I came wheeling in the driveway. I climbed out and the cursing started!! It didn't end well...for him. I never hit him but I was quite clear that he was trying to intimidate the wrong guy.. that's when I realized that laughing at him when his face is red makes it turn purple!! As I was cleaning out the truck he slammed the driver door and the glass shattered! Not a good day for that guy!!

 

I delivered out on the Island...it actually went smoother than usual! Something about a Government holiday..not sure which holiday it is but hardly any traffic in or out. Now it's back to B'more to get another going to Yorktown heights, NY. Woohoo!!

 

Wonder if the rest of the office knows you gave notice......

 

Stopped in Sikeston at Lamberts for supper.

Will be hooking a loaded trailer at corporate HQ going to Mississippi and Arkansas.

 

That'll ruin yer day!!!
