Where Are You....continues........

I came down I-65 from top to bottom twice last week and im surprised at the least I didn't blow 2 tires. I thought for sure something would break on my truck seeing as how I fell in some holes that almost bounced me out of my seat.

Terrell TX at the TA. Gotta go put up the Barbie. BBQ steak, salad, rolls and strawberries to top it off. Headin' out for Hammond LA in a few ticks.

 

I rolled in at 18:30 (starting to sound like a repeat eh?)

Was busy today but it was more a volume thing than a pressure thing. At least three with Haz Mat. Which I get a whopping extra 10 bucks for. On at least one of them I'll have to fight to get the 10! Ten total.

Narrowly escaped being near 610 South and Telephone Road at 7AM in the morning. MAY end up wishing I did it......

 

OH! And I defy anyone doing Greens Road between JFK and Aldine-Westfield TOO many times without breaking SOMETHING! That is a bad piece of road!

 

You aren't kidding. I've been on worse but not by a lot. Bouncing so bad it knocked my pigtail out of its holder and ended up dragging on the pavement so had to pick up a new one of those and stuff was flying around under the bunk so bad something hit the switch on my inverter and turned it off.

Now, safely parked in Burlington, IA and heading out for a bite to eat.

 

Oh, and went back to the old Mclane facility to sleep last night where I knew it would be nice and quiet.

Until a security guard tried to pound my door in after less than 4 hours of sleep so he could ask me if I needed directions to the new facility.

Guess the fact that my reefer wasn't running wasn't enough of a clue.

 

@ home watching "Hooters international pageant" on tv.......life is good LOL!

 

Y'all talking bout bad roads need to come see Canada! Y'aint seen nuthin till ya seen western canadian roads in spring!!
