Oh man. I took the trailer to the office. Got a pretty decent check. Drove to Pasadena for a load of pallets STRAPPED to a pallet. When two pallets on the bottom touched there was a foot or so of gap at the top. Felt SURE no matter how tight I made the straps I was going to have shifting. But got it across town ok. Was told I was to pick up where I dropped the pallets and make a round trip to Houston Heat Treat. Instead just go get stuff at HHT and bring it back.
Was able to drop the trailer in their yard for that little journey.

Was near 290 and BW8 at 2:20 I get pick up (in what turned out to be Pearland almost to Alvin) on a HOT. Turns out they called at 1pm requesting a 2PM pickup. I got a call from them on my way to them and he byatched at me! Anyhow when I pulled into their shell road dispatch said they cancelled. He said make a Dry Run ticket and we'll pay you. We'll see.

Another one I heard about this morning they sent a pickup truck and he couldn't load it. So I get to go over outside the belt on the West side for it in the morning.

Truck had NO POWER today with the trailer. Changed the fuel filter when I got home as that fixed it once before. Find out in the morning.

You'll have to keep an eye out for Brickman. He doesn't stop in and visit much anymore.

Took load to a different KCMO facility off of Blue Pkwy. Now I'm at MHC Kenworth in Olathe. Hopefully they'll get my AC fixed this time. Shop manager cracked the case on the new he put on Friday.
