Yeppers... it took me to Lebanon IN for a preloaded trailer. Now to see if I can git it to Pennsyltucky before this weeks settlement gets finalized.

I am home as of a little after 20:00.
Of all the stinking rotten luck! I was in Woodlands, TX when I was done so I was going through Conroe on the way home. My Right Rear tire had given out earlier today. My spare has decent tread but shows a lot of sidewall cracks as if dry rotted so I don't trust it much. So I stopped at my favorite tire shop. Got a pretty darn good Bridgestone for the rear and a decent Michelin for the front. Truck was driving SO much better, but as I approached Shepherd my left rear kept the tread intact but shredded the sidewalls. It gave no warning like the front tire was giving me. So gotta try to find another good rear.

BTW I run 235/80-17 on the front and 265/70-17 on the rear.

Why oh why did the rear have to go???

Today wasn't QUITE the clusterfuge yesterday was. But now I know why the Conroe tire store is my fave. The one in Cleveland doesn't have near the selection and I paid 80% of what two cost me yesterday for one this morning. This mornings tire made the Michelin I paid 10 extra bucks for a SCREAMING deal!

Rolled in right at 19:00. A bite to eat and here I am.
