Love that old dump bucket!

 

I checked out the buffet at Petro yesterday and it didn't look too bad... there was rice beans some cooked vegetables and raw salad of course... and fried meat for the carnivores... I don't understand though why folks order food from the menu... isn't that the same as the buffet just more expensive? Well, I didn't check the menu and didn't have their buffet either. Yesterday I had 2 large french fries from McDonalds and a veggie pizza from Subway. Today I cooked in the truck.

 

A few more pics from this past week at work. I did a days work for my brother-in-laws sandblasting company on Tuesday. We were blasting and painting hoppers at a Hutterite colony in St Leon, Manitoba. I sandblasted for 8 hours, thats a heck of a hard job! Then we painted the hoppers. Was a long day by the time it was all done.
On Wednesday and Thursday I was driving the little 1985 model Ford L9000 dump truck. We were filling in low spots in the fields with excess dirt left over from the culverts being excavated earlier this summer. It was my first time doing dump truck work and it was really fun!
I also included a pic of the grain terminal in Carman Mb that I hauled a load of soybeans out of the field to help the guys harvesting on Wednesday afternoon.

I'm at the harbor creek petro eating at the buffet right now... gonna make somewhere in Ohio tonight. .. then Mankato tomorrow night for a Monday morning delivery.

 

Thanks Rocks, I take them with my iPhone. They come out pretty good. I take probably 50 pics a day and get one or two that are good!

 

That truck is from 1985! The trailer I dont know what year but its seen its time and then some!!
