Rochester NY then off to Detroit to load for Iowa

 

Had a "Three" day. 95# crate from Murphy (Only one PU#/AWB!) for Emirates.
Then was told about a pick up in Texas City and got hime to put an FMC pick up on another driver or it could have been a real nail biter. It was told to me as 3 totes but they threw a 4th empty on me as well. Dropped it in Galena Park. Then told come by the office for logbook and paperwork. I figured it was yet another drug test. Instead I find out the company ain't gonna supply logbooks no more. They also want tickets turned in 3 times a week. I cry foul to both things!

Also Roland had left for some reason and Greg gave me another Murphy. It too was only one pu#/AWB at 191# for United. Was supposed to be there at 5. I got there at 4:43. But it took until 5:05 for someone to get to my paperwork. But they took it without squawking.

And that finished my day. 161 miles logged.

Today is the day I've been looking forward to for nearly 2 weeks. Maybe today I'll find out what needs to be done to fix me.
