Had a very nice meeting with Mr. Otter. What a gentleman... And now, back inside my "home sweet home", the truck! Job will be finished tomorrow morning but foreman told me I can sleep inside tonight.... No more quiet room for me... I found two mites... or maybe ticks next to my recliner...

Great to hear you're back in the truck, Rocks. Now all they have to do is finish fixin' it so you can get a move on.

I had decided yesterday I wasn't going to work today, and now I'm glad I'm not. Yesterday's walking was a might harder on me than I realized. I had to prop my leg up all evening with a pillow, and this morning is starting out the same, plus my hip is screaming at me. I never heard back from the doc yesterday, so I will call her again today to see about the pain meds. I'm just going to sit back and take it easy for the next couple days, and hopefully by Monday I'll have an idea of what is going to be done, and I can get started on feeling a bit better.

I'm planning to do some research on the epidural injections today. Thanks Rocks, for the info you left me. ~Hugs~

Ah...the marvels of trucking! Broke bread with Rocks last night, and she let me drive her "home"! Talking with her there were times I thought I was sitting with Katherine Hepburn....such a lady!

No pics...she maintains her right to privacy......(her agent wanted $500 sitting fee...them Hollywood types ya know!....could have been the 20 or so flea bites she had...got to love the rooms at Rodeway next to Ontario West!

Chicago loading for the house...3800 miles and I started Monday around 7am...part time cmon.
