Summer brings mosquitoes! I had screens on my windows but one (or more) blood sucker(s) got in... and I will have to kill them before I go to be.... or I will not be able to sleep....

I wanted to make oak grove petro
but I will just have to stink until the morning
now can I get a shower in in just a 30 min break
after all the time off this week and all my complaining
still ended up with 2850 miles

as much as I complain about the fuel islands
I got reamed by a driver today
big as me and only 25-30
for washing my windows after I fueled
because he needed fuel
I couldn't do it while fueling because I just took a splash to get me to MO
good thing it was just a splash scaled out at 80060

so I am not so bright I yelled back at the guy to go back to his truck
before he had to tell his mommy a 60 year old knocked him down

so no window washing or oil checking in the fuel island
just 30 minute breaks and butt scratchin from now on

 

Did he drive for Swift or England?

 

no looked like an O/O flat bedder

 

There are similarities....

flatbedders can't back up...just like Swift and England.....

he must have been in a hurry to get to his delivery so he could have all night to back it into the pull through off loading location!

 

I gotta get a picture from where I park the trailer. Many of those O/O can't park worth spit!

Rolled in at 19:35. I went to the meeting. But I didn't leave as early as I usually do, so I was late. Didn't miss anything. Highest weight today 3559#. Logged 126 miles.

Didn't feel the need to kill anything so I guess it was a good day......

 

They whine a lot too...
