Really?! Where? I lived in Atlanta for 14 yrs... But I don't know everywhere there.
By the way, nowadays I have a lot of fun driving the big truck on that I-285... just don't like the traffic jams on I-75, I-20... depending on the time... it sucks...

Well... I am in a hotel... the same one I generally stay during my "hometime". Manager here told me this has been my 5th time here since 2011. But I think I started coming earlier than that... there was another manager. Took almost all day to get all installed, and organized, brought my printer, stuff from storage... forgot my alarm clocks, and pots in the truck...
Stopped at another hotel, cheaper than this but they don't have stove and very small refri and no kitchen counter, no cabinets...
And the neighborhood...
will be in this room doing my paperwork, cooking, etc, etc... A lot to do here... Back on the road next Monday.
teddy_bear6506 Thanks this. -
Made it back early yesterday morning, trying to find out why US 20 was closed about 6 miles into OH from IN, had to take a detour south and west to pick up OH 49, which isn't too bad up there in northwest OH. I like sightseeing, and the Turnpike is not my kind of road.
Wife followed about 24 hours later and got back about 24hours later from Sellinsgrove,PA by car. She is back to work and I'm headed out again tonight, to Milwaukee and Chicagoland, my home away from home.
Glad I don't have to wait too long at any dealership, well any is too long, but I feel for you, Pete, anyway, my wife will take a trip of hundreds of miles by herself, I give up on worrying about her, just worry about the vehicles and expenses, the rest is going to be ignored, anyway. -
