We get some of that too. Loaded check calls, mostly to make sure the driver has a clue about which direction to go, and the right trailer.



Dispatch check calls on meat and produce loads to make sure the driver has a clue about getting that washout, and that he has to be at the packing house at drop dead time.



Dispatch check calls on hival loads to make sure the driver isn't a moron like a couple of folks were a few years ago.



With all of the technology we have, you still have to dial up dispatch. And trust me, it took some folks screwing up big time to get it to this point.

That stuff sounds like some of my latter days with PAM! I wonder if y'all got some of their dispatchers?????
