I just crossed Hwy6 on 288n coming from Freeport

 

That run to Freeport was number 2 of 2.
I went to Hitchcock this morning and got 4drums Hazmat 2000# going to LaPorte (with a Pasadena address).
Then ran my rear off up to the airport area for 472# going to a ship at the Port of Freeport.
I walked in home 6:05.

 

UN1197... 25,000 lbs of "flavoring" destined fer yer kids bellies. Just don't be litin' no match when they fart!

don't do that hazmat stuff no more....nope....no way....nuh-uh!

Sitting here relaxing (hiding behind my laptop with that boss lady across the way doing the same thing I am)................back up to Kent and return to Sac in the morning then a well earned 34 or better!

 

I had class 8 placards this morning. One cop car like to gave me a heart attack but he just moved from the shoulder a few hundred yards to the inner shoulder.
The 472# run was under 1k and was UN3090 class 9.
