Being busy, busy and very sleepy... But not running as much as I would like... Was going to park at receiver tonight but had one tire punctured with piece of metal yesterday and had to cut my run short... Got tire replaced in London, OH and took my 10 right there... Now at a nice rest area in CT... about one hr from receiver.



After empty tomorrow morning will rush to another shipper in MA, and then to co. warehouse in PA... Short runs...

 

Ooohhh... talking about flash floods... I went thru one this morning... that was pretty baaaad.... from OH to PA... I can't remember exactly where it was... it was still kinda dark and the cloud was dark grey... Not many vehicles cause it was early... The weather cleared some once I crossed to PA... And it's sunny here in CT... But I think it may rain later...

 

Dang it man, would have been a good day for me to get by on the cheap !!!

 

Well I'm somwhere over the rainbow...but ain't seen hide nor hair of Dorothy....but I think Toto went by in a minivan....and after takin care o lil more biz here I mights b headin into Ne or I mites ease up towards Hmmmm...up high on US 160 dependin what the rate looks like in the am....which might gives me chance to practice some advanced stalking techniques out the way....

I picked up at NOV on Gulf Bank 783# that we had to creatively load.
Took it to SDV in sort of a hurry so I could pick up 2 items going to British Air with an 11am cutoff.
Was sitting under a tree outside of SDV when he called and said head for FMC on TC Jester and hec would text me the info. When he heard where i was he said pick up one I had already seen going to Cargolux.
When I got to FMC it was 4pc (2 pallets and 2 cartons.
Took them to SDV.
At 3:06 he sent pick up at NOV on Holmes Rd. 1 pallet Hazmat 546# and bring it back to SDV. I sent I could only hope to get there and back by 5. He sent "you can do it"
And I did arriving at SDV at 4:30. All quiet after that. Boogied for home at 5:15.
Hit here at 6:15.

Someone who knows because it happened to her said because my phone is getting flakey at charging the port has gotten loose and the phone will have to be replaced. I don't need that at this time...
