On the way in he texts pick up at Petrasco 9am 1plt 236#. Followed pretty closely by pick up 5130 Sam Houston Pkwy which I knew as NOV. 1ctn 7#.
I'm sitting waiting for 9am when he calls. He asks where I am and says I gave you 9am to give you time to get to town. Anyhow picked up Petrasco at 8:30.
Went and grabbed the carton and took both to SDV.
Was told pick up SDV going to Cargolux, going to Air Canada and going to Air France.
Got Cargolux and Canada on the truck and was waiting for Air France when he called and said we have to have Air Canada there by noon.
So went and got rid of those two and went back for Air France.
Delivered that and sat still for a while.
Got pick up Lukoil at 3 Greenway Plaza 12th floor 11 small cartons.
They were hardly small. But a fellow helped me take it down on a cart.
Went to SDV through downtown as 59 looked like a parking lot.
Dropped at SDV. Sat around until 5:30 waiting for the other shoe to drop.
It didn't. Got home 6:30.

And I though today was Thursday... Seriously... it was only late this evening that I saw it is Friday on my cell... Man... this week went fast... I wish I had called the receiver and my co. today...

And yesterday I forgot to ask the shipper if I arrived at 6 am today, the load would be ready... So.... I started my 14 too early today... Had to wait for 4 hrs at shipper for them to pull out the load... So, had to re-do my plans for this trip and all... And instead of parking at a FJ in IN this evening, I am at a FJ in OH, east of Columbus... took a shower, cooked my meal, no time to clean windows, or do paper log... gotta eat, finish some plannings and go to bed ASAP... Want to start driving at 3:30 am and avoid some traffic... Man, I hate traffic congestion...

One accident involving 3 vehicles happened right behind me today... idiots were not paying attention to the road... and as all traffic slowed down because of whatever ahead, some idiot coming too fast couldn't avoid hitting the vehicle in front of him and pushed him to hit another car in front, causing a domino reaction... It was on the lane left to mine... and I was thinking, if they were behind me... No... I don't even want to think...

 

I am not sure that you talk a lot... but you sure write a lot...

 

When I was at the shipper in MA I saw a couple guys who talked funny... but I am almost sure they were Americans...
