    1) Can’t think of any

    2) Driver facing cams, microphones, sensors. Few trucking companies promote drivers to management, they prefer to bring in college graduates with low GPAs ( College graduates with high GPAs don’t end up in trucking) and they have a drivers are scum mentality. It’s getting rare to find managers or dispatchers with actual CDL driving experience.

Also; we sue trucker billboards every half mile or so. Many smaller towns getting their Barney Fife cops DOT certified so they can target truckers for revenue.

    3. My early days of driving I had no cams, sensors, or microphones. Now most every company has them in some form or fashion. Only guarantee to not have them is to be an Owner Operator. Most any company driver will be monitored more so in the truck then Jeffrey Epstein was in federal prison.

There’s a place I don’t miss. Having breakfast served to you by a 60yr old in her underwear is no way to start a day.

    1) The old 55mph speed limit. Now it's 70 most places or higher. Even where it's 55 most people do 65.

    2) About the cameras and mics...how is that legal? The company listens to your private phone conversations?

Also what about apps most companies require to install on your PERSONAL phone? Apps that will give them access to all your personal info, pics etc..?

Shouldn't the company I work for provide a work phone?

They are asking me to install apps.

Only a little over 11 years, but if it wasn’t for my family and the decent money I make I would be done! You’re a piece of crap to society! People will speed up not to let you over, not many flash their lights anymore, people giving you the finger, getting cut off, pulled out in front of, etc… No one has any respect out here anymore. These younger kids nowadays don’t know if they are a boy, or girl and “most” don’t respect there self, so why are they going to respect you! Nothing is good trucking to me. If I could go back to school and know what I know now I would never have drove a truck! God bless you all!

Sure, they should, but whether or not that would happen is another question.

What would they say to the guys with flip phones that don’t do “apps”?

You involve enough suits, skirts and computers you couldn’t get a #### between newlyweds done without difficulties.

Same year I started. Retired in March couldn’t take idiocy anymore. Sold the equipment and paid everything off and debt free. Then went to DMV and got rid of CDL
