Schneider is fine as a starter company (and to be honest they have plenty of seasoned vets who are still there; it works for some...all depends on what you're looking for out of a company). If you go there, focus on getting a year or so experience with a good safety record. Then if you decide to change, you'll have far more options. Stick it out for 2 years? You'll be able to pick and choose anywhere you want to go.
