which mega carrier should I work for south texas

I can make over $2500 easily in the oil field sitting at a site every day I'll grant most gigs in this company aren't like this but we get some gigs so good and easy makes you wonder is this work? I do like 30 minutes of work some night rest can be sitting and watching a movie. I am paid hourly however the money is genuinely in crude oil per load making average of 60$ per hour if you where to average it to hourly however while we will transfer oil we don't haul oil on highways typically we haul water, and maybe move frac tanks. I prefer hourly I wouldn't say I like to rush some gigs are sitting and waiting while others its somewhat fast pace...
