Driver 1 is driving roughly 10mph below speed limit at 60mph.
Visibility is around 600-700ft. It’s raining but no hurricane.
Driver 2: is merging from an on ramp but seems to have the idea that flasher let her by pass the merging lane and cut an entire line of traffic off.
Driver 1: takes the now empty merge lane and is on his air horn all the way to the point he merged back into traffic.
Driver 2: continues on at 10mph oblivious to her surroundings.

LOL. We are in tourist central here in Maine. Highway is posted at 50 mph. A tourist pulls out of a gas station and does only 10 mph. I pull up on them with my truck and all they can see is grill. They acted surprised that myeslf and the 5 other vehicles didnt want to observee their 10 mph.
