I also find it funny that stephen smith states (post #22): "I do have experience with England. I am a on and off driver. I drive for a year and take time off usually a year."
Yet he lists only 2 years total experience.

I guess that means the year following his first year... he took off. Or he worked 4 years and took off 2 years.
Either way,, not a very "consistent" driver, to say the least.

I would look into Millis if the company training route is the way you want to go. I started out there 10 years ago. At the time I think you needed $500.00 to get started. Nice equipment and as long as you aren't an idiot, you won't get treated like one by the folks in Dispatch. You would probably go to school in Trenton, OH. Motel is taken care of (Part of the $500). Bill Smith is the instructor there. He's been an instructor for a long, LONG time.

Why would those be your only options? Why would those be options at all?

    exactly what I thought
It reminds me when I posted a question about a company trying to contact me offering a job and the recruiter of the company saw my post and then sent me an email not to listen to peoples post bla bla....right there it automatically told me to run. England is not a good company no matter how much someone might say it is, I have known too many who left England not knowing how to drive, and I believe you only have to drive for the company for like 2 months to be a trainer? Ummm no thank you, rookie teaching a rookie....
