No days off, no sleep schedule, no start schedule, no type of schedules, trucks always breaking down, management/dispatch/maintenance... they all suck, on every sand hauling company.... ALL THAT FOR ONLY $60,000 A YEAR for company drivers ! look up colorado sand hauling or colorado oil fields if you want to confirm my story..... North Dakota and Texas has got worse work conditions, higher cost of living but it pays $100,000...

Walk into any truck stop and pick up any of the numerous driver employment magazines. The companies with the big, glossy, multi-page ads are the ones to avoid. If they are spending lots of money on advertising, they have a high turnover rate, and thus unhappy drivers. You rarely see ads like that for Walmart or UPS drivers. They have drivers who will likely retire there because they are paid and treated well.
