Harrisburg is pretty busy. But they are tempest in a teacup. You want PA traffic? Try the Delaware Water Gap or perhaps Breezewood I would imagine.

Industries tend to group together , trucking is no different. I think Fontana CA was built just for logistics.

 

The Delaware Water Gap and Breeze wood don't come close. If it's been a while since you were here last, it's insane. While there may be more trucks compared to cars in those areas, the roads were designed to handle it. Around here there's all the trucks in addition to the cars, all stuffed on roads that were never designed for the traffic. And every month there's a new warehouse getting built, while many are vacant.

 

West Memphis, Arkansas has the access to Memphis Tennessee, without the taxes. Simple as that. It's 2 minutes from a major city, in a state with a far more acceptable business regulatory system.

 

Would you relate that to Chicago IL and Gary IN?

 

There aren t many safe places in Memphis. Its soo bad in Memphis that cops don t come to certain parts even in broad daylight. Even I won t stop in Memphis in broad daylight

 

Run it at night and spend more time on cruise control.
