Why do all the druggies want to drive for Swift?

Just a theory, but they know most companies won't take them, and a buddy or two went to Swift, or their buddy knows someone who did. They think they can make it there, after all, their buddy who hadn't finished his withdrawals was able to pass and has his CDL.
