Gas burned by speeding.
Possible loss of licence.
Death of yourself
Death of others
Damage to your equipment
ASSUMING that you were able to maintain 75 for that whopping 10 hours solid...without traffic, potty, food, or gas.
I will happily go the limit, and you can risk all that yourself.

75mph for 10 hrs = 750 miles.
62mph for 10 hrs = 620 miles.
Diff = 130 miles further at 75 mph than at 62 mph during the 10 hrs.
However, you are correct about the safety issue, tickets and fuel mileage...
