I was wondering if there was anyone out there that had the rap on this company. They're on my list as a back up just in case this other job i'm shooting for falls through. Any info on this company would be a huge help.

A reefer operation, owned by Com Car industries out of Fl. Macks, terminal in Boise. Smaller operation. Is this company good? Let me check my crystal ball and I'll get back to you.

My Dh works for Willis Shaw now and like all trucking companys if you see the lips a moving then they are lieing. They promised him home by Thanksgiving, he wasn't then they said the day after (Nope) I am even doughting it will be Christmas. They tried to tell him he lives in Arkansas (Nope) he lives in Missouri and they tell him oh we will have a hard time getting you home (Ever). This was discussed in orintation and my dh told them he wouldn't mind being out 2 weeks but not no month or 2 at a time. Like most companys they don't care about getting the driver home enough to remember what your wife and kids look like. Becuse it is a bad economy they feel like they can treat drivers like sh*!! and get away with it. The tide will turn eventually and the drivers will stage a major walk out. Until then anyone thinking of going to Willis Shaw be farwarned. And yes they do have 61 mph trucks.:biggrin_25513:
