Hey guys I've ran into a weird issue. My Qualcomm keeps resetting and won't boot past the MCP200 screen. Any advice? Called them and they said they can't do anything because it hasn't even communicated with them.

Be very careful if you don't have any type of log while getting to Tucson.

Have them fax you your last 7 days as soon as you can get to a machine. It's annoying but you'll be in the clear. I had to do that once when my black box gave out.

Pull your fuse out,and put it back in might help the problem.Or turn the batteries off on your truck for about 20 minutes.
