You saved it as a txt file, which requires Windows Notepad to open......my computer wants to go on the internet to find Notepad to open it, and I won't let it, as I only use Word. Not sure what everyone else uses.

 

Same problem here, would not open. Anyway, your instructor will not expect it to be perfect, so don't fret. Most instructors want some flaws to fix, makes them fill needed.

 

I opened it on the lap top but it is kind of unreadable. try to do it line by line rather than all as one long sentence...

trip plan from elberton ga to lavonia ga then to valentine nebraska

day 1 I plan to arrive at athens tech at 7 am i will take 30 mins to do my pre trip inspection so at 7:30 i leave to head to auto zone in lavonia .i arrive at auto zone at 8:15 it take me about 45 mins to get loaded then i will head out to valentine nebraska i will stop at the wilco travel plaza and get fuel i will get 150 gallons of fuel and i will have a full tank .i will drive 7 hours and stop around 4 pm for a 30 min lunch break.i will stop at loves travel stop exit 87 i 24/i 65 in nashville tn for my break.at this point i have driven 335 miles. At 4:30 i will drive for another 2 hours at around 6:30 i will stop at cheers turck and travel plaza i will have driven 477 miles for today i will stop and take my 10 hours break.

day 2 i get up at 4:30 am i do a pre trip and i am on the road at 5 am i will drive for 7 hours i stop at bettys truck stop exit 74 on i 70 at 12 pm in sweet spring mo and take a 30 min break get lunch and use the bathroom.i should be at 827 miles at this point .at 12:30 pm i am back on the road i will drive for 4 hours i will stop at 4:30 at trail ends tuck stop exit 110 on i29 in rock port mo at this point i have driven 1021 miles and it is time for my next 10 hour break.

day 3 i wake up at 2 am get some food use the bathroom and do my pre trip and i am on the road at 3 am i have 344 miles to go before i am at the auto zone in valetine nebraska.i drive to auto zone i will arrive there around 9:30 am i will be at 6.5 hours i use this time to take my 30 min break and to get unloaded and loaded . i am loaded and back on the road by 11 am.i am back on the road i stop at the shell travel center in valentine take an hour break on duty not driving and refuel i get 273 gallons of fuel i am back to a full tank .now i will drive for 4 hour and at 4 pm which will bring 213 miles and to 10.5 hours of drive time and i will stop at take my 10 hour break i drive to prine stop in norfolk ne and take my 10 hour break.

day 4 i wake up at 2 am do my pri trip and get a bite to get i am on the road at 3 am i will drive for 7 hours which will take me to 10 am i will stop at the ta on i 70 exit 58 in cornidia mo will put me at 550 miles so far i take a 30 min break i am back on the road at 10:30 am and i have 4 hours of drive time left i drive to the flying j in alorton il at exit 17 on i 255 and take my 10 hour break im at 2:30pm im there to 12:30 pm i have driven 759 miles so far

day 5 i wake up at 12:30 am do my pre trip get some food and im on the road by 1 am i will drive for 7.5 hours i drive to the pilot travel center in laverne tn stop for a 30 min break it is 7 am at this point im at 1078 miles i will get 215 gallons of fuel im back on the at 7:30 am i have 3.5 hours of drive to go i will i will drive 175 i will make it to the quick trip in adairsv
