Not familiar either. Need to find out the common problems, if any. They all have pros and cons. From what I’ve heard they’re good. They’re quiet. That’s a plus. Decent mpg’s. Plenty displacement. With long flat torque bands on the newer engines, a lot of the old rules don’t apply. I wouldn’t buy it myself. But I wouldn’t buy anything at all, so it doesn’t apply. Lol

I gotta ask, why would any 'savvy' business owner actually want a truck thats all emissioned up with sensors that run sensors?? Best of all, why do you want the payments?? Is it because you can spend a dollar to save 35 cents on your taxes?? Can you work on this engine by yourself or do you always want to be waiting on a wrecker and then in line for days at a shop while ready to pay $150/hr+ all while knowing they are gonna pad the bill...?

I've never owned a Paccar motor.. but I have some acquaintances that have or still do
They all tell some kinda of horror story about the Paccar motors .. I know parts are expensive and some times hard to get a Overhaul is very expenssive..
But hey .. I personnal have no love for a M11 either so in my opinion you would have a vast improvement .. that more than likely is gonning to be costly

I wouldn’t have payments, I’d write a check and pay in full, course then just have to make it back.

I can do a lot of work such as i see the idler puller is a weak spot.

Don’t have a computer for paccar though.

    What’s your top budget?

Anything as old as 2015 which would be built in 2014 still was crappy on emissions. Need 2018 or newer at the least. Depending on what you can spend… I may know someone with a 2019 t680 for sale. Very well taken care of.
