    Maybe thats why its for sale its needing rebuilt ..lol

    Went ahead and got the truck.
    29,500.

    He axed for $35k.
    I said 25k.
    He say 34K.
    I say 24K.
    He say “You going wrong way!”
    Yada yada, Figured whatever. can either keep it or get rid of it, got all paperwork i’ll get from when they’ve done anything at shop.
    And yes it’s a old FMC truck from Willow Springs, Mo

    I don’t think that’s bad at all. That truck has quite a few earning miles left in it, before an overhaul. Pull samples for a baseline, then, go from there. Have the paint polished and ceramic coated, have all the aluminum polished out, and throw on a set of nice hub caps/lug covers and no one will know any different or have any idea how reasonable you got it for. Roll on!

    Waiting on AR to send tags, got temp registration right now.

    Would be nice if you document all the issues you have or don't have to see how it comes out. Hopefully it works out great for you. At least it did not cost to much so even with a rebuild in the near future it not that bad. Anything come up on that little 100 mile trip?

    No, seems to be decent.
    Going tomorrow to plug my computer into it, as it came in a day before the super storm.
    I’ll see what it says more in depth.
    Seemed to run ok, though it was a flatland load so no big pull test. but it handled 52k in the trailer, though I fueled it up and had to shake my head, though no fault of the truck. 7D2B1F70-8F4C-43B8-8901-6C7E00D07623.png
