I guess if we took a survey most would say trucking is stressful my best advice would be if you can't handle any stress at all then yes give truck driving a big miss, if however if your on some kind of medication that can help control it you may be ok. The key to remember is each one of us is different what might stress me out may not bother you e.g. some drivers may get stressed trying to get the load delivered on time, others get stressed by the dispatchers this never bothered me, the one thing that got me was incorrect directions and getting lost in the big city down some narrow street fortunately that didn't happen to often.
Would you recomend trucking to someone looking for a stress free life

It would NOT surprise if some OTR truck drivers did have a lady inside the truck to "soothe" them during the long hauls or "wait" times that often occur.
