Werner put Trailer Break Away on my DAC or some where that a company I wanted to join saw and declined me because of it. Isn't that when your driving and the trailer detaches from the truck?
i was in a drop yard. Put the landing gear down. Went into truck did 5th wheel release and not knowingly pulled air lines apart.
Am i in the wrong? Did Werner screw me? Go do I get this fixed?
Wow what do I do?

-

The question I would ask if im a prospective employer is?..why with less than 1 year experience did you leave Werner and are already unemployed? -
This was last November. I'm with a company now but want to go to tankers. Next month is one year. How long until I can not worry about this hurting me and getting me declined?
only air line damage nothing else -
Technically yes, it falls into that category.
I have one too - if that makes you feel any better. Broken air lines. Rather lose safety bonus than job.
Disclose it fully to future employment.skyviper73 Thanks this. -
Samething happen with me once I hooked to a load trailer. Tug test it look between fifth wheel with flash light. Hooked air lines up, let up landing gear and pow there goes my air lines my company told me to Bob tail to a shop five miles up the road they fixed and never heard anything again about it. Sounds like some Werner Bs to me because u quit them.

It is a preventable. It is avoidable. It did cost them to fix it. They do have a right to report it on the DAC (nasty little system it is).
Its hard to be a perfect little angel for the corporate masters these days.BrenYoda883 Thanks this. -

Yea and anyone with half a brain will think I was driving and the trailer came flying off. Messed up man
