That sux for all. I sure hope we start getting some respect back real soon. Not holding my breath, tho.

 

Just delivered to Omaha, Ne. Taking a reset/weekend in Council Bluffs, Ia at the Sapps. Getting some CB work done, although, I believe my tractor has some electrical grimlins. Sometimes, my door lock switch won't work, but Dawn's does. So, I dunno. My CB will sometimes get into an on and off tantrum. No matter if its on or off.

So, now to hurry up and do nothing.

 

The CB guy found my issue. Ext speaker jack module broke and was shorting out. He also "tuned" it for me, now, the tractor's coax is not letting it 'stretch its legs'. So, time to re-engineer the antenna setup so I can talk on a "big" radio. Har, har.

While coming into GA 2 days ago, I was pulling hazmat and had to pull around back. This was my first contact with Georgia Patrol, so I went for the back parking area.
Mistake...I ended up getting a lvl 3 inspection. Not a big deal. But, the officer dinged me on, 1) no operation manual for ELD[which I had and showed her, but she listed it anyways], and 2) ELD not capable of reaching out the driver's door. ??????

Then, today, we dropped and hooked in Mobile and headed for southern Chicago. On US 45, just south of Macon, Ms., a MDOT flagged me down for a roadside lvl 3.

Meh....2 inspections passed....Happy Holidays!!
