    looks like they’re trying to get the sec of trans to issues a memorandum to order enforcement of this and do away what the boneheads before did.

    Ok don't get me wrong, I'm all for the law, but I'm not sure how the language barrier is to blame for these idiots crashing their trucks into a line of stopped cars.

    If you can't manage to spot the most basic traffic hazards and react accordingly, then you shouldn't be behind the wheel, period, regardless what language you speak.

    Before he died years ago, worked with a guy who couldn’t read or write. If course he’s been dead for 20 years, but he could drive, did for years. No he didn’t do log book.
