Very nice post..The bigger these companies get, the more they expect they can get away with. Its pretty much a no brainer when this happens..One person on top is barking orders to the person on bottom. But when it comes down to it, the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing..So everyone who needs a paycheck has to justify their jobs..But when it comes to telling someone they have no choice in the matter..Its time to give them the old one finger goodbye wave....I got my start from USA almost 3 years ago..Just like alot of their drivers, went through CDL training with C1 and did my one year..Dont really care if the educated ####### that called me halfway through my vacation wanting me to come back early still works there..But, I was glad he did what he did..Because it helped me make me give them the old..GFU!..He also told me I didnt have a choice..It really doesnt matter what people say or think the problem is with USA..As long as those two brothers hold the highest stakes in the company..You know..ABF..USA will stay afloat...Its only a matter of time before it gets sold off anyways..Thats what they want..Its the American dream..Create and then sale..Nice post again chem..If you live outside of St. Louis a few hundred miles and dont mind working hard..I drive for a company that just might fit you...Peace!..
