    It may have been a cheap shot if the other driver was pulling forward but it still doesn't change who was at fault.

    i am for reading all the rhetoric, and losing about 15 minutes of time, i will never get back. unless there is video, such as cameras in the parking lot, no one knows exactly how it all happened. all i can see and hear is, hearsay.

    Woke up this morning and went inside to refresh and replenish or something along those lines. while sitting curbside in front of the establishment sipping on a cup of jo a pan handler whom I could barely understand with deep deep southern accent did his thing and left.

    I got to thinking, with all the events and krap @scottied67 crosses paths with we must run in different circles. I don't see any where near as much.

    I should have panned around 360. The Quest truck was wayyy far in front of his parking spot he was aiming for. LIke 2 to 3 truck lengths. Sometimes you have to wonder if guys like this broke their mirror off and are looking for an opportunity to be backed into so they can avoid the preventable themselves..

    Another thing I didn't think of, @Pedigreed Bulldog might be onto something, the Quest driver is personally pissed off at all these trucks nosed in and sees one backing out and decides to make a statement about the hazards of nosing in in a "I told you so" extreme way.

    Now when I was walking up on this, I asked the first guy, what happened here? Because Swift had nosed back into their spot after allegedly hitting Quest. That was wrong. Swift should have stayed put and taken video and pictures. What if this guy's mirror was already broken and the contact showed there was no way for that to have happened?

    All in all it was very unfortunate. For all that space Swift had to back up, Quest should have had plenty of time to get out of the way. When Swift did their goal they would have seen 150 yards of free space behind them.

    I just went back and watched it myself, 0:49 shows the spot Quest wanted to back into. Wayyy the frick back there.

    I had a trk last week as I was 45 degrees into my back decided he didn't want to wait and blew his horn and sped around the blind side of my trk at high rate of speed...so in that case he would've been fault...he wasn't there when I started..he came flying out of the fuel pumps after I started..
