I use one in my SPD truck, and we have the same APU setup FCC uses. I've tried the liners for the tray, doesn't help, but I have only made fries, breaded chicken nuggets and tenders and some kind of ham and cheese nuggets(that were greasy as heck). Like @trucknguy says, they're non-stick lined, so it's an easy wipe out to get it clean. I haven't tried anything where you really had to cook something... basically been using it like a glorified toaster oven for precooked frozen stuff.

Sadly the lack of freezer space sucks, but I’m discovering lots of things that reheat well in them, like fried chicken or pizza.

The one thing I miss about my Cascadia. It had a full size mini fridge with an actual freezer. But since I'm not on the road for weeks at a time anymore it isn't such a big deal

Pulled into the Love's in Guthrie, OK with 4 minutes left on my clock. 698.5 miles driven today. This has me in a good position to drop my load in Olathe tomorrow morning with over half my clock to spare.

When I rolled out of Fremont Thursday evening, I only had 620 paid miles for the week. After dropping this tomorrow morning I will have around 2,400 miles with 1.5 days left in the pay period.

The downside to this is that I only have 30 hours left on my 70. And I won't gain back any time until Wednesday. But even then my recaps will be awful. 7, 4, and 3 hours respectively.

I will call tomorrow and see what they want to do.

I will also have to get this truck looked at (again). It runs great but the problem now is that if I put any serious pressure on the brakes, they start to squeal really bad from the front and the truck pulls to the left a fair bit.

Unlike the Freightshakers, this Pete has drums all around. I've checked the fromt brakes out and they have plenty of pad with no obvious issues. The truck still stops fine, just with the big squealing and pulling if you really have to get on them or are pulling a heavy load. Not sure what the deal is.

You have one set of brakes doing more work than the other on the steer axle, release all the brakes and stand on the pedal.
If this doesent take care of it you have a slack adjuster issue.
