FCC has been my Backup plan for the past 4/5 years.... the only reason I have not pulled-the-trigger is low CPM, a few years ago they were telling me 42CPM with a 3 cent quarterly safety bonus. I don't know if this is still current but I have been out here to long to work for less than 46cpm base. Now I am using ltl freight shipping canada . Everything else about FCC is what a driver wants from a company though.

    cdavis188 and bzinger Thank this.

Those are old numbers, they pay more than that. But you'll have to call recruiting, not everyone starts at the same pay. They base it off off experience, length of time at your current job, driving record, ect. So nobody here can tell you what you'd start at.

Dropped in Lancaster and they had zero empty's. Complained to dispatch and they said Mars has 20 of our trailers but zero empty's for some reason.

Grabbed an empty from the Dallas drop yard for a live load at Chep and this place is a dumpster fire. Trucks parked every which way. My only consolation is that I still have almost 3 hours of drive time left and I can use a split if I need to.

I also met my number buddy in 1610. He's in a condo Pete which I thought all Pete's here were midroofs.

I can guarantee that base pay is a lot higher than that. And the safety bonus is 6 cpm now, not 3. And if you're OTR, you get another 6 cpm on top of that.

    bzinger and dwells40 Thank this.
