My thoughts on that tigaun are that with no grease points and a non serviceable transmission are maintain the engine to get 150k out of it and the transmission will fail right about that time and get rid of it .

Recycling names isn't exclusive to Chevy...Ford made a mid-sized pickup and reused the Maverick name. Made an all electric SUV and put a Mustang horse emblem on it and called it a Mach E...

Jeep's Cherokee today is a joke...I had an original XJ Cherokee...it had it's issues, but I loved it and abused the crap out of it and I sold it with 260k miles and only replaced the transmission and rebuilt the weak rear axle on it because I pulled way more weight than it was ever designed to do on a regular basis which wore out the transmission and rear end. Right now, I really can't see myself buying any kind of new car...my wife's 2016 Ram 1500 has earned the nickname the Money Pit because it is so unreliable.

Dodge rams are probably the worst trucks made today. Did you know that someone brought back the Hornet name as a Dodge and slapped the badge on some Fiat SUV? There's a reason why Fiat and Alfa Romeo stopped selling cars in the US for a long time.

Yes I think you are right ! And that's why I keep a nice pick up in the garage and drive a beater pick up for errands and to and from work.

Chrysler corporation inherited the hornet name when they bought American moters in Kenosha wis .in the early 80s .
When I was still an auto tech in the 80s before I started otr we said FIAT stood for " fix it again Tony " .
They built junk back then too ...anyone remember the the fiat spider, the 124 and the strada ?
All were junk and hard to get parts for .
