You gotta shut the door hard otherwise that horn alarm will go off, Chris. Even now I will shut it again just to make sure. That idiot horn makes me crazy. The only complaint I have with the truck. Otherwise, the best truck I ever had.

Bet the boys at Consolidated Freightways didn't think so when they were sitting behind one that was 350HP and only turned 1600RPM.

I think the biggest perk of this new truck is the fact that i can stand up straight in the bunk and also stretch my arms all the way up without hitting the ceiling, even being 6’8. This will make spending 3-4 weeks in a truck much easier. I won’t get cabin fever nearly as quick

another FCC driver flashed his lights at me and waved or pointed (i couldn’t exactly tell) out the window on I-74 in eastern Illinois near the Oakwood exit as we passed each other earlier this morning. Not sure if it was someone from on this thread or not

Saw my first real-world Tesla pickup (if you want to call it that) yesterday evening going thru Omaha. Not for me. I used the trailer locator feature on TRANSFLO yesterday at Kawasaki and it worked good I was impressed. I was unimpressed with how tight my trailer was wedged in between 2 other. I remember orientation Eric the trailer dude telling me it’s his belief 75% of trailer damage happens at customers yards. I bet 99% of it happens at that one. Either way, got outta there and made it to York and I’m sneaking in a 34. Kick these off Tuesday morning at 10:00.

i use the trailer finder thingy often and it’s a real handy tool. Saves a lot of time at customers looking for trailers. Unless of course the batteries on the tracker on the trailer went bad, but i’ve only had that happen a few times

Also that Tesla pickup looks like a cheese wedge

What’s the normal break in period for a diesel motor? Never had a new truck but other drivers talk about it a lot in new rigs
