So, there is a process in place to get paid, and if you don't follow it, you don't get paid.

Seems that this is a you didn't follow the company process to get paid for these moves, so didn't get paid.

It's like a company driver not filling in his timesheet, then complaining that he didn't get his full pay for work done....

The company has a process to be paid, you didn't follow it, and are now saying it's a big scam and intentional on management's part and the local managers are keeping the money.

Try following the process to get paid...seems it's a you problem not a management scamming you problem.

 

It's not a frivolous lawsuit for starters and he found an attorney most attorneys I know won't even take a case unless they can even see a possible win. To clarify the company has been sued before and all the companies in ATA for bad practices and lost rather this person will win is up to the jury even if he wins or loses the first round there also ways to win later too its rarely a straight win hand the money over and you walk away...

 

I wish hom well in the lawsuit, it just seems to me that there is a process and he didn't follow it to get paid.

But there is always more to the story than a few paragraphs can cover.

He posted the lawsuit link, I'll be watching if for no other reason than the details will be interesting either way.

 

You may have filed a lawsuit, but the common sense thing would be that if a company is stealing from you why on earth would you continue to work with them or for them… And the filing a lawsuit is not an excuse cause you could still file a lawsuit and go contract elsewhere… Sounds like it’s Not a big deal after all

 

If you were to win a lawsuit more than likely they would be fired… Staying there essentially shows that what’s going on really isn’t either going on or it’s not as bad as being made out to be
