first time this has happened since I've been here. My air is completely dumped. Though this is 100% where this loaded was dropped at by the yard dog. Trailer was dropped on a downhill slant that abruptly turns upwards right after where the landing gear was

 

ive picked up a empty there be4. are we droping loaded there now?

Well, I had the literal luck of the Irish (never have understood that saying given their history). Got to Crete and mine wasn’t ready, no ETA. Only actual spot in the full rows had a Weiner bobtail parked in front of it. Guy had to snake around him to get his loaded out then I played for a few minutes to get mine in there. Of course there was a k rail exactly where you’d want your tractor to swing to make it ‘easy.’ It’s in the lines with the feet on the pads, so I’ll call that a win.

Sitting at Wal-Mart waiting for 7 AM to see what dispatch wants to do.

 

I made it easy on myself. I dropped my empty in their yard and bobtailed to Walmart. Much easier to find a space and park if you don't have a trailer behind you

edit: I didn't look at the picture close enough. Didn't realize you were at Nestlé, not the Walmart parking lot. Forgive me, I literally just woke up

 

the Werner driver was nowhere around? That's odd. I would've hopped in his truck and moved it forward a few feet (I'm kidding)

 

I bobtailed over to Wal-Mart in part because I wasn’t sure how full it was and in part because I didn’t want to clean a trailer in order to drop it in the same spot a couple hours later.

 

Put a face to a screen name today.

Swapped loads with @Kolorado at a Love's in Oklahoma so I don't end up sitting around pointlessly. They might just deadhead me home from Topeka when I get there later this afternoon. Thursday afternoons aren't exactly ripe for load options in my experience

DG in Blair......just errrrr. Show up at 0840 for a 9am appointment. Do all the garbage you need to do to get in the gate and get in a door. And they want you to check in with an app. It's 1230 and they just flipped the light and started unloading.

Detention on both ends of this load. Still haven't gotten paid for the last one.
