Quick Question about Cr England

    when u finished your 9 month contract, wht is the next step? can i leave immediately or i hve to go back to one of the yard and sign off the agreement. im not sure wht is the next step after i finish the contract. i dnt want to leave just like tht after the contract is up. i want them to hve me on record tht i did indeed finish the contract

    But seriously...

    Ask your DM and make sure u have the copy of the contract with the end date on it. Make sure you email them a resignation letter with a date stamp and sign if possible

    Also a lot of companies will withhold your school certificate until all of your money is collected or contract is fully met.

    Always keep a copy of anything you sign.... Especially an employment contract.

    It's not really an employment contract . It's a loan contract that has a non-monetary repayment option. I do agree with you he needs to stop in and get a copy and read it. Most likely if he doesn't get something in his hand saying the loan is paid off, he'll end up dealing with a debt collection agency. So yea, get a copy and read it! Make sure the dates are correct and when you do quit make sure something is dated like when you return the truck and it's signed for in good condition.
