They're not bad. I see their drivers frequently, and most seem to be fairly content.

We have a very low turnover rate here. All drivers are home 2 days a week. Linehaul solo earns 50k plus and are home everyday and weekends. Linehaul team earns 75k plus each and home 2 days.Depends on terminal and run. They pay based on terminal. Cost of living is more in different areas . A 300 mile turn for line haul solo out of our terminal pays 180. That includes any time dropping and hooking and waiting. Our team run is 587 miles each way and full pay is now 385 each way. We are at 90 percent of full pay which is 349 each way. Just want every one to know that if u sit 5 hrs waiting for road repair it's included in rate. It rarely happens but it will one day. We are usually out on time. Sometimes we have an hr delay getting out.

Mike, I might have misunderstood, but do you have driver facing cameras with R&L, or not?

No we don't have any cameras. Forward or driver facing. We do have elogs and a company radio. The solo linehaul have computer fax as well. That so the day drivers can fax bills into terminal. The solo linehaul have elogs as well.

Ok it's been 2 years now. Time for an update. Wife and I are still happy. On same dedicated run. We just got a brand new Peterbilt 579. It is very nice. Our other truck was 2 years old andnhas now become our loaner truck. Our old loaner truck is being sold. We are now at 96% of full pay.

Hey. We almost went to Saia about 6 years agp. They called the same day we found out my wife's mother had stage 4 cancer. Wife stayed home to care for her and I stayed where I was at time. Called them back after her mother died and said they weren't hiring teams in our area.
