It's all about timing on getting the west loads...I'm usually a day early & a $1 short...but I rather keep the wheels turning

Honestly, I spent so much time out here when I was with Poly, it's not that special any more...but it sure looks different without snow. I can't remember the last trip out here when the white stuff wasn't around.

I'm from Michigan, so I'm used to snow. But I've never been in northwestern snow nor while driving a truck.

Relax & take your time. Get too nervous or tense=park it. No load worth your life.

I hear you there, I try and only do a load a month or so out west, and for sure you can get just as many miles running east, midwest and south - but ah the sights lol.

Ran up top in Montana earlier this summer looking for longhorn sheep and didn't see a one lol, but I enjoyed the change of pace from Aberdeen and Texas.

In MI, when the forecast calls for 3-6, they're talking inches, out west when they say that, they're talking feet.

I've seen the Snoqualmie pass in WA so deep in snow, they had to load it into dump trucks and haul it away because the snow banks were to high for their mega-snow throwers to throw it over. And snow so deep here in MT that they called in the road graders from the county to clear one lane enough to move stranded traffic. It was sorta' like driving a life size slot car.

Lol in MN friends used to buy beaters and drive them between the snow banks bouncing from one side to another for fun. Personally I like to visit snow and then leave it, but at the next hometime I'll be changing over the closest to winter clothes.

Pigbacon and J. JETT Thank this.

Woke up at the yard this am & it was 58 degrees. It's about that time again. I agree snow was cool for like the 1st 2 days, now it's like I really hate snow...My wife use to tell me, "Would you like to build a snowman?"...my response ⛄⛏(wouldn't let me post a pistol)
