Broker has called me 5 times in the last 14 hours. What time are you going to deliver or how did the delivery go.
Me I am not delivering a local driver is.
Every time broker goes ok we will put it in the notes so we don't call you back.

 

When are you delivering though?

Broker: guys, I've called this guy 5 times and he answers every time. *snickers* Here, you try!

 

I didn't answer once then my text messages blew up. But they are the customer and they really good people on the phone. I have always got good loads from them. Quick loading and unloading. Don't want to do anything to keep us from getting their loads.

 

Well in that case, ask them how their day is going, have them describe their childhood and how they got into the freight business? Heck, when you're bored give them a call to check and see how they are doing lol
