When i first started looking into this career i was looking at starting with Knight pretty hard. Recently 3 youboobers just quit Knight around the same time. Another one i watched just dissappeared. Something must be going on over there. I know knight is a big company and 4 drivers quitting is nothing they probably have high double figures quit every day. Just odd all these youtoobers quit around the same time.
Glad i'm not starting out with Knight transportation

Some YouTubers quit and it's a big deal.?
akfisher, Longarm, HalpinUout and 3 others Thank this. -
Probably violates company policy by Youtubing; same as using a hand held cell phone. Those drivers making films while driving should be fired.
BigHossVolvo, akfisher, Bakari742 and 8 others Thank this. -
Knight was started by some stake holders from Swift Transportation.
You will starve there. They are nothing more than a driver mill. They love getting students and taking the tax breaks that go along with it. High turn over. This company preys on student drivers and promises them the moon. Pays poorly. Then runs them off. Rinse and repeat.Veryblessed, Rusty Trawler, Big Don and 2 others Thank this. -

Four Youtubers doesn't a problem make. Most whiners that get fired probably brought it on themselves. We all remember "Run hard get paid", all he did was ##### and moan. No loyalty and salty as hell. If you were to believe him, everyone was out to get him and nothing was ever his fault. Knight may have it's issues, however, one shouldn't judge the company by a very small number of grumpy ex's. Especially when that number does not make up 1% of their drivers.

At 3,700 drivers Knight losses 10 drivers a day every day for their 100% turnover.
Veryblessed and landshark80 Thank this. -
