Can I ask you guys. Maybe just reply private message. How much a year do you make?
How much a year we talking about if I spend almost no home time?
I'm asking because I'm considering writing Tony again. I'm coming up on my graduation date for CDL school in one month. Tony knew it before.
In fact.. I'm open, after a year, to moving to where the terminal is. Reason is to not waste maintenance time and home time. Do both at the same time. I'm not at all tied to where I live. Will just have to sell my home. If I decide that. Or the possibility of going LTL with Magnum, or better would be Maverick. Both of those would be keeping my home here. LTL terminal one mile from my house. Or might just like OTR too much and want to keep living that way. ???
Either way.... I am looking at staying out for a year. Then decide.
I also don't see leaving Magnum if I get on. -
I am proud of my effort during my first 6 months. I, as you say, "spend almost no home time". You can tell pretty quickly where I took home time. Kudos if you can do better than this. Lol I had my blinders on.
Here's what I was making during training (first 6 months). You can also extract more information with some critical thinking and math skills from other information on there.
The numbers are net pay. The amount deposited into my acct. Mind you... no insurance deductions.Attached Files:

The only problem I have with moving to Fargo, or other ND. I might get back into bird hunting. I know it's as good as SD, or better. Means taking time off in the fall. Hunting season is the saddest time of the year to me. That was devoted to the person in my icon. She is gone now. She can't hunt anymore.
Thank you on that pay statement. It answers my question, easily. I can imagine after training.84 West Thanks this. -

Pleasant surprises are pleasant. Due to unforseen circumstances, my monthly miles have been somewhat subpar and I was expecting a pay cut. However, due to a completely unexpected safety bonus score, I actually got a 1cpm raise. Like most folks, I have the occasional issue with my employer, but every now and then I am reminded of why I'm still here, today I received one of those reminders.
sc00ter, Lowlite, WesternPlains and 2 others Thank this. -
Does Magnum run standard or automatic transmission?
