Feel your trailer axle hubs after running 100 miles and make sure they are not running hot, might be indicative of a bad hub dragging you down.

    kanidana and Kamkor Thank this.

Check the brake drums for heat as well, might be a brake sticking, check air tank and ensure full pressure is getting back there to fully release all the brakes. Check torsion bar on trailer, ensure the trailer appears to be tracking straight alignment.

I think driving 400 miles with a stuck brake would involve a fire department by now..Just 15 miles with my one stuck shoe had my drum slightly glowing and smoking.

I think it is the QT fuel. There is a reason it is so cheap. Finish this load and get legit fuel somewhere else and check fuel mileage again.

I'll say this, and it may just be me, but the QT Fuel at the South West end of Tulsa, (Nearest the Terminal) seems to make my truck run...different...with much lower economy. Compared to the QT Fuel on the East side (Nearest the Hard Rock and Turnpike) which my truck seems to run normal on.

At one point in time, the stickers stated it was 20% Bio at the West and 10% at the East. Now its 20%/20%. Makes me wonder if the west one has filter issues, or maybe water infiltration into the tanks or something.

Not all cheap fuel is bad though, I fuel up at that Exon outside of Seguin TX going West, and it took me from there to Buckeye with a 76K Gross and I still had over 1/4 left with a range estimate of over 400 miles, forcasting over 1500 miles on the fillup so..a bit over 7.9.

Should be a red indicator on the slider, that will be the California hole. Recently got loaded in Cali going east, was 34,700 in the Cali hole but AZ greenlighted me. They know I would slide it back a couple holes at my next stop.
